Step 1: Contact us for Your Free Personal Trial Session

Simply click on the FREE TRIAL class button at the top of the page and fill out the form and we will contact you within the next 24hrs to schedule your first trial class.

This will be a one on one coaching session and workout. It’s a great way to learn about Crossfit, our coaching style and all the benefits Crossfit has in store for you!

Step 2: Choose Your Membership Plan

After your trial session you will know if we are right for you. From there you simply choose the program that works for you best. Our coaches can help you decide based on your goals.

Step 3: You Are Now A Member of Our Awesome Community

After you become a member you can go online to our schedule and book classes. You will also be able to login to your member’s page and start tracking your awesome results in our member’s area.
