UAthlete Spring/Summer 2018 Hockey Dryland Conditioning
This is one of the most advanced dryland hockey programs out there! Expect your athlete to be challenged and coached to new levels of conditioning. They get the absolute most out of their time with us in terms of performance improvements and conditioning. Expect to see significant improvement in performance.

This 15 week program will have your athlete crushing it on the ice this season.

Program Runs May 22 – Aug 30. Training sessions are Tuesday and Thursday: 6:30pm-7:30pm.
Cost: 4 payments of $139/month. All prices are subject to hst.
We also have our very popular individual one-on-one athlete conditioning available and small group training. If you have 4 athletes we can put together semi-private training for you. Call us for details 905-697-9797.
Where: CrossFit Bowmanville, 325 Lake Rd. Bowmanville
Testing: Metrics include push-ups, Pull-ups, Long Jump, 40 meter sprint, Bench Press, Deadlift and Squat (where appropriate), Range of Motion. Technical Competency is assessed for all areas of testing.

- Upper/Lower Body Strength Development
- Postural Conditioning for Performance
- Unilateral Conditioning for Specific Sport
Sports Conditioning Focus Day 2
- Power Training (sled work, power cleans, plyometric, acceleration/deceleration..)
- Agility Training (ladders, cones, hurdles)
- Speed Training (chutes, bands, recovery, start/stop)

The UAthlete training program is sports specific and is not CrossFit. However, elements of CrossFit that have a high sports performance carry over are included in the athlete’s programming. CrossFit is a great way to improve overall athleticism. We have a special add on CrossFit membership if you wish to include CrossFit as part of your programming.
